Now's the time to decide what you would like to build.
There's some import questions we will ask you:

Pre Construction
We know building a new home sounds stressful and time consuming; that's why we handle the entire lot for you!
From engineering, construction plans and any approvals needed, we work on your behalf to efficiently and promptly complete everything you need to start your build.
We have a tried and tested system to plan, organise and complete all of the pre-construction tasks for new homes with our team of professionals in a timely and stress-free process.
Fixed Proposal Stage 📝
Pricing
Once all of the pre-construction tasks have been competed, we can supply you with your fixed price proposal.
This proposal will be based off of your design choices, budget, the scope of works and any specifications called for in the construction plans.
**Fixed Price Proposals cannot be obtained without pre-construction tasks and approvals being completed. Your design choices will also be locked in at this stage.**
Time to Sign

Contracts
Your design is finished and you've accepted your quote, now it's time to sign a building contract!
We use Master Builders NSW construction contracts; Being a Master Builder's NSW Member, we trust Master Builder's to provide us with industry specific knowledge and paperwork.
Once your contract has been signed, we will organise site specific insurances (HBCF, or Home Building Compensation Fund Certificate), and begin to provide you with your Construction Schedule.

Stage 1
Time to start, hooray!
The very first stage of your new home build is the site preparation, earthworks and slab pour.
At this stage you will start to see the true size of your home.
Up It Goes ⬆️
Stage 2
Now we're getting to the fun part!
Framing and lockup stage is all systems go, with the wall and roof framing being completed and the external cladding and roofing being installed.
This stage really provides you with the true size and look of your soon-to-be home.
Now, for the fun stuff 🛀🏻
Stage 3
Busy, busy, busy!
At this stage, our team is sharing the site with multiple other professional trades from our trusted trade network.
With the internal linings, fittings and fixtures being installed, this is a great time to see your design choices come to life.

Stage 4
With the final touches being completed inside, now is the time for any exterior works like landscaping and hardscaping.
**Landscaping and hardscaping are client, site and approval dependant. Please refer to your Quote, Inclusions Package and Construction Contract.**
