Did You Know We're PAC Process Trained?
We've completed our PAC Process Training with the amazing Duayne Pearce (D Pearce Constructions) and Amelia Lee (Undercover Architect) of Live Life Build.
Being PAC PROCESS TRAINED enables clients and designers to easily identify a builder's training in, and use of, the PAC Process (as created by Live Life Build).
In a nutshell, the PAC Process is where we as the builder come onboard before any construction begins, during the pre-construction/design phase of the project. This enables us to act on your behalf, consulting with designers/architects and other professionals. With our wealth of knowledge and experience, we keep your project running in line with your budget, expectations of the final product, building approval requirements, Australian building codes and ensure the process runs smoothly and stress-free for you. It also means we get more time to create a relationship with our clients!
